LE Parent Education Night: More Than Numbers – A Montessori Approach to Math

Tuesday, September 16 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Math in Montessori is about so much more than memorizing facts—it’s about building understanding, problem-solving skills, and confidence. Join the Lower Elementary teachers for an evening where we’ll walk through the Montessori math curriculum, showing how hands-on materials guide children from concrete exploration to abstract thinking. Parents will also gain tools to have meaningful conversations with their child about math work and learn how to interpret the math section of their work plan more accurately. Come see how this unique approach helps children develop not just strong math skills, but a lifelong love of learning.
